Hello! I’m Holly Tuyls, Certified Holistic Coach and founder of Queen of Coins Holistic Money Coaching, LLC. I’m really happy you’re here. 

I mentor women in creating confidence, calm, and clarity with money in coherence with the softness, beauty, and power of their femininity.

I love spending time in nature, cooking from scratch, reflecting, practicing yoga, being in beautiful spaces, natural health and well-being, holding my own energetic alignment, and am learning more and more to surrender into rest and ease.

I have homeschooled my daughter, who has special needs, and I will continue to care for her and support her in living to her fullest potential, while also honoring the truth of her beingness. I have held this complex responsibility while consistently expanding myself financially and building my business - I know from my own experience that complete financial transformation IS possible, regardless of demanding and challenging life circumstances.

I have practiced yoga for 30 years and am certified to teach within the Krishnamacharya lineage - the ancient wisdom of yogic philosophy has heavily influenced my financial approach and philosophy.

I spent most of my adulthood experiencing intimidation, avoidance, scarcity, victimhood, density, judgment, and confusion around money.

Despite being well-educated, highly-intelligent, and committed to personal development, the financial realm seemed yucky, evil, confusing, and overwhelming, so I spent many years determined to avoid it all together, believing that this somehow made me more spiritual.

I have lived in poverty, worry, and fear as a single mom on public assistance. 

I have been controlled by financial chaos in romantic relationships and through identifying as a victim. 

I have wasted a lot of time and energy avoiding taking responsibility for my finances, while believing that things would magically get better someday, or that someone else would save me.

I waited years for that magical someday, while repeating patterns of barely scraping by, lack, and unworthiness, convincing myself that I cared more about being a good person than I did about money, as if I had to choose. 

In reality, I was ignoring and minimizing the truth of my emotions, my feelings, and my needs, and I did not know how to touch my desires. 

My ego, stories, judgments, and false identity were attempting to protect me by keeping me small. 

In doing so, they were actually keeping me from the truth. Thankfully, hidden truths tend to find a way to surface when we are ready. 

Maybe this is where you are right now.

It wasn’t until I was moving through a painful and confusing divorce that I slowly became aware that I had been completely relinquishing my financial and feminine responsibilities. 

I realized I had been unconsciously avoiding the awareness of how I was relating to myself, to money, to my energy, and to men.

I saw, shockingly, that I was the one upholding the patterns that were keeping me blocked by control, worry, shame, lack, and fear. And that I had been hiding this truth from myself by blaming, judging, criticizing, and projecting onto another person. A person I had loved.

I was brought to my knees in heartbreak in order to see the deeply ingrained patterns that I needed to change in my relationship with money, and within myself.

This was my financial initiation.

I committed to this journey. I started learning everything I could about personal finance and taking aligned action, however scary.

I saved my first $1000, then my first $2000, then my first $10,000. I paid off over $70,000 in debt. I learned how to invest and regularly practiced doing so in ALL of the ways. 

I addressed my mindset and my limiting beliefs. I let go of old money stories and began to embody new ones through my actions. I addressed the emotional patterns around money that had been keeping me looping. I learned how to internally posture and to cherish and honor my feelings, my needs, and my desires. I learned to contemplate and to express myself cleanly and clearly without blame, judgement, story, or projection. 

I invested heavily in mentorship and coaching.

I watched my net worth grow and my identity transform.

I have now grown my personal net worth by multiple 6-figures, while living my life and in a way that allows me to care for myself, my home, and my daughter, in alignment with my faith, my vision, and my values.

I am blessed to support my beautiful clients to do the same, by healing their relationship with money holistically and creating ease, security, abundance, joy, confidence, clarity, truth, and financial peace within themselves, in their relationships, and in their businesses.

I’m a Certified Holistic Coach through the International Coaching Federation and UW-Madison’s Financial Coaching Foundations program. I graduated magna cum laude from Lawrence University, where I pursued degrees in English and Education.

I believe that as women, healing our relationship with money and our co-creational Feminine power is our sacred responsibility, and that we must shift ourselves first to call forth the changes we desire to experience in the world. 

I know that scarcity, fear, and lack are distorted programs designed to keep us in disconnection from our true design, and that it is up to each of us to break free and to create expanded ways of being in abundance - for ourselves, for our families, and for the communities we serve.

I desire to walk fully in my God-given purpose, to deepen into my fullest becoming as a woman, to receive gracefully and gratefully, to expand my impact though powerfully serving women, and to create a legacy for my daughter to receive elevated, loving care when I am no longer here.
